Help Line - Employment Practices

Prevention is better than the cure. C-Quence provides a legal advice help line to policyholders who are covered by our Employment Practices module. This entitles policyholders to a free 30 minute initial phone consultation in regard to any employment related matter that has the potential to become a future claim.
 

Additional specialist support may be available under the Management Liability and Legal Expenses modules. For details please refer to your policy document.

Claims

When you need to tell us about a claim or potential claim you can help by providing as much information about the situation as soon as you can. This includes:

  • Your contact details - name and organisation
  • A description of the loss
  • The date of the loss
  • Where the loss took place
  • If it was a crime, have the police or other authorities been notified
  • Policy number

Reporting a Legal Expenses Claim

Telling ARAG plc about the Claim

  1. If the Company needs to make a Claim, they must notify ARAG plc as soon as possible.
  2. If the Insured instructs their own solicitor or accountant without informing ARAG plc, they will be liable for costs that are not covered by this Coverage Module.
  3. A Claim Form can be downloaded at www.arag.co.uk/newclaims or requested by telephoning ARAG plc on 0330 303 1955 between 9am and 5pm weekdays (except bank holidays).
  4. The completed Claim Form and supporting documentation can be sent to ARAG plc by email, post or fax.  Further details are set out in the Claim Form itself.
