Imagine our delight when, out of the blue, we were told that Brokers surveyed by Insurance Business UK had rated us as ‘excellent’ in the three separate D&O categories across all seven of the survey's criteria.

To be nominated by Brokers themselves for these Five Star Awards is real acknowledgment from the market we strive to serve. To be recognised like this when we launched just three years ago and started trading only two years ago  is remarkable. It gives us added incentive to continue delivering and developing our products and services, while continually improving how we support Brokers and their crucial role in the Commercial Insurance market.

Our approach has always been focussed on service excellence -- whether in applying the latest technology and data analytics, or in creating concise, understandable policy wordings.  So we are proud to be judged as ‘excellent’ across the seven criteria of:

• underwriting expertise
• ability to provide bespoke coverage
